Game Recap: Women's Soccer |

Owls Host SUNY Poly in Cross Divisional Match

PRESQUE ISLE, MAINE – The Owls women's soccer team played against North Atlantic Conference West Divisional opponent in SUNY Poly. The Wildcats took the win 6-1 in the conference match.
The Wildcats, started off with an early couple of goals, scoring in the 14th, 15th and 17th minutes of the game to take an early 3-0 lead. Scoring another goal in the 28th minute to take a 4-0 lead going into the half. Coming out of the half, the Wildcats scored another two goals to give them their 6-0 lead. Alexis Ireland would put the Owls on the board with a goal in the 74th minute of the game, her sixth goal of the year.
Ireland finished the game with four shots, three of which were on goal. Marissa Havey spent the duration in goal for the Owls, finishing with ten saves.
