Owls Compete in Thomas Invitational

WATERVILLE, MAINE – The Owls Cross Country Team competed in the Thomas College Invitational. The meet winner was UMPI's own Katelyn Osborne, finishing the 4K race in a time of 17:11.2.
 
Osborne's 6:54.8-mile splits led her to the win, finishing more that 30 second ahead of the next runner. Serena Lufkin finished in 8th, with a time of 21:35.3 and an 8:41.1 mile split. Madisyn Petrucci finished her race in a time of 25:20.1 to round out the Owls runners.
 
Next Up: UMPI will head back home to prepare for the NAC Championships, where the Owls will run on their home course.
